It's important that you check the weather conditions. Your charter is being sold as an agreement for the use of a boat and the service of a crew on a certain date and time. You are not buying the weather! Unless other arrangements have been made in advance, there isn't an immediate make-up day provided because another charter will have been scheduled. Most captains will be willing to go if you are, even in rough weather. No responsible captain will venture out under dangerous conditions. There is a distinct difference. Be prepared for the worst weather circumstances. Besides, everybody knows that if you plan for bad weather, it doesn't happen :)
